11.5. 接口支持说明
不同机台系统型号提供的通讯能力差别很大,同一个接口并非对所有设备都可用。本节逐个接口列出各系统型号的支持情况,是判断某台设备能否取得某项数据的依据。
本节适用于全部通讯方式:HTTP 接口、MQTT RPC 命令与任务采集使用同一套接口,支持情况一致。
标注含义:

11.5.6. 字段支持说明
Section titled “11.5.6. 字段支持说明”同一个接口在不同系统型号上返回的字段并不相同。下表按数据类列出各系统型号之间有差异的字段:表中没有列出的字段,只要系统型号支持对应接口就会返回,字段含义见 4.2. 数据说明。不支持对应接口的系统型号不在表中出现,是否支持接口见 11.5.2. 数控机床。

Section titled “11.5.6.3. 刀具寿命数据”计数、计时、磨损为刀具寿命的三种寿命类型,其余为 5.5.1.25. readToolLifeDetails 读取刀具寿命详情才返回的原始数据字段。除系统型号支持外,读取刀具寿命还需要按系统型号补充目标刀具参数,见 4.2.25. ToolLife:刀具寿命数据。

- 锁定程序编辑(
lockFileByRange)只在 Fanuc 发那科全系与 Makino 牧野上可用。 - 能耗数据(
readEnergyConsum)目前只有 Brother 兄弟[S 系列]支持;日志信息(readLog)与进给数据(readFeed)分别只有模拟机台与 Kede 科德[GNC62]支持。其余系统型号如需这些数据,可改用 PLC 数据接口按厂家提供的地址读取。 - 表中未列出的接口为网关自身功能(数据分析、网关配置、历史数据、文件服务器管理等),与机台系统型号无关。
